2012 Season

My plans for 2012 are quite big...

My main focus is on the Coolangatta Gold in October and the combined with the World Lifesaving Championships in November in Adelaide Australia. In order to do this I will go Down Under again and probably go back to BMD Northcliffe SLSC to train with some of my friends and probably some the best Surf Lifesavers in the World

Next to that I am finally on my way on finishing my Masters degree in Organization Studies, and for the rest I do not have any official real big plans with regards to events. Since the summer program for 2012 hasn't been set yet and the European federation promised to come with a new big Surf event... So that might become the secondary focus during the European summer!?

2011 season

My goals for 2011 are:

The main focus is on,
European Life Saving Championships in Alicante, Spain in September

Next to that I am writing my Master Thesis, that is due in August. Based around the program for my thesis and training for the Europeans I will try to attend the DLRG Cup in Warnemunde in July and the Oceanperf event in Capbreton, also in July. And if the progress with my thesis is really good I will most probably also attend the Celtic Cup in Wales in August.
